Escalation in the NORTH â€‹

Last night (July 27th) there was a major escalation on Israel's northern border when a precision-guided Hezbollah rocket struck a soccer field in Majdal Shams, tragically killing 13 Druze-Israeli children (ages 10-20) and injuring at least 19.

For months, Hinenu has been working closely with northern hospitals to prepare staffing for a major escalation such as this.  The worsening situation and the new requests we are getting for more volunteers is putting a significant financial strain on Hinenu. We need your help.

Hinenu is urgently raising $100,000 to expand our staff and enhance our ability to support northern hospitals. Your donation, of any size, will directly aid in managing this crisis and increasing our volunteer capacity. Please consider contributing and share this email with others who might help.

How is HINENU different? Our physician volunteers do not come in to talk to people, to see the situation, or to be tourists.  Hinenu volunteers come to Israel as medical volunteers, with temporary medical licenses, to treat patients, help manage residents, perform surgery, provide anesthesia and other critical clinical skills, and support the hospital department's infrastructure.

Are my donations tax deductible?

Yes! Hinenu is a non-profit organization registered in Delaware.  Hinenu Foundation has IRS 501(c)(3) tax deductible status.  See our Letter of Determination.  Our EIN# is 93-4716363
